What Drives Me
I’m a Leadership Catalyst and strategic advisor to sales leaders, founders, and executives navigating growth, pressure, and change.
I’ve spent more than three decades inside startups and scaling companies, working closely with leaders as the businesses grew and decisions became more complex.
Along the way I’ve guided leaders and teams to reconnect with how they naturally create results and anchor decisions from within, not just from the numbers.
When you trust your instincts again, decisions get easier and momentum returns.

My Career Adventure
From curious kid to Leadership Catalyst
My entrepreneurial journey started early. As a kid, I sold seeds door to door. I’ve always been curious about how things grow and what makes people tick, which naturally led me toward early-stage ventures and startup environments, primarily in the dental space.
In 1994, that path brought me from Sweden to the United States through an intra-company transfer. Landing in Los Angeles opened the door to decades of work alongside founders, sales leaders, and executive teams navigating growth, pressure, and change.
Over time, I realized my greatest contribution wasn’t just execution. It was seeing patterns quickly, understanding people, and helping leaders align how they naturally create results with what their business actually needs.
My Turning Point
During a demanding period in my career, I was helping build a company from the ground up while carrying far more responsibility than most people could see. At the same time, I was navigating personal circumstances that required me to stay clear-headed and strategic under pressure.
I arrived at Gallup’s coach training emotionally depleted and questioning my direction. Within the first day of working deeply with my full strengths profile, something shifted. My energy returned, my thinking sharpened, and I could feel myself back in alignment.
I had known my Top 5 strengths for years, but understanding how all of my dominant talents actually operate together changed how I lead and how I support others.
That experience became foundational to my work. When leaders reconnect with their natural strengths, clarity returns, confidence rebuilds, and forward momentum follows, even under pressure.
