The five modules of the program
KICK-OFF
You’ll be scheduling sessions at your own pace, which we’ll discuss during your discovery call. The program is customized to meet your needs and ensure that you progress at a pace that works for you. This is what I recommend: A minimum of two monthly sessions for the first three months.
Before your first session:
- Onboarding survey (targets, current reality, needs, etc.)
- CliftonStrengths® assessment which identifies your rock star talent
- Review your calendar and block out 1 hr a week for home play exercises and processing for the duration of the course
