Growth Creates Momentum

by Pia Jansson | Nov 25, 2025 | Leadership

Growth keeps me sharper than any drink ever could.

I’ve noticed something about staying energized this year.

It’s not about balance.

It’s about momentum.

When I’m learning, I’m alive.

What fueled my growth

I started the first six months with deep development work with The Architects of Destiny.

Next was business intensives with NAS, where I tore apart my entire business model and rebuilt it from scratch.

Then I expanded into new AI content tools through a short stint with a PR agency.

I started using Suno for custom music and explored new tools for reels and content creation.

How it all connects

None of this was random.

Each step built on the last.

The energetic work helped me see what my business needed to become.

The business frameworks gave me the structure to make it happen.

The AI tools gave me the leverage to create content that would have required a full production team.

What I see with leaders

I see this same pattern playing out with the SMB leaders I work with.

When they hit a plateau, it’s rarely about strategy.

It’s an energy problem.

You’re running the same plays.

Having the same conversations.

Solving the same problems on repeat.

What actually shifts it

What fixes this?

Add something new to your world.

It doesn’t have to be a course.

It could be:

• A book outside your industry
• A conversation with someone in a different field
• A skill that has nothing to do with your business

The specifics don’t matter as much as the momentum.

When you’re growing as a person, you bring that new energy into everything you touch.

Your team feels it.

Your customers feel it.

You feel it.

Why it matters

The leaders I work with don’t just need better systems.

They need to feel energized again about what they’re building.

For me, growth isn’t optional.

It’s what keeps me going.

Reflection

What current interests are you engaged in that make you feel alive again?

If you’re feeling off your game or your leadership edge isn’t where you want it to be, the next step is at the top of the page.
