Personal Still Wins

I stopped sending Christmas cards years ago.

Switched to posting blogs and sending messages or emails.

Faster. Easier. More efficient.

But here’s what I realized.

Why personal still stands out

Sure, a thoughtful email requires the same pause.

But in a world drowning in digital messages?

That handwritten card hits different.

It’s memorable in a way a well-crafted email just isn’t.

What actually matters

The irony of Christmas Card Day hitting in December?

It reminds us that the “old school” stuff worked because it was personal.

Not because it was on paper.

What great leaders do

Great sales leaders don’t just talk about relationship selling.

They do it.

They model it.

Automation has its place.

But the relationship building?

That still happens in the moments where someone knows you were thinking specifically about them.

Reflection

What’s one way you could show a client they matter that can’t be copy-pasted?

If you’re feeling off your game or your leadership edge isn’t where you want it to be, the next step is at the top of the page.
