I stopped setting revenue targets.
Started counting people instead.
When someone asked me how many lives I wanted to impact, my perspective shifted.
A different way to set targets
Instead of focusing on a revenue number, I asked:
How many leaders and teams can I help transform?
How many real conversations do I need to have?
Work backward from impact
Then I worked backward.
How many people do I need to connect with?
What conversations need to happen?
What programs need to exist?
Revenue becomes the outcome of connection.
Not the other way around.
A question for 2026
What if your 2026 targets started with the people you’re here to serve?
What do you want them to experience?
What conversations actually matter?
The revenue will follow the relationships.
Reflection
What’s your people number for 2026?
If you’re feeling off your game or your leadership edge isn’t where you want it to be, the next step is at the top of the page.
