The Books That Stay

Every once in a while, you read a sentence that quietly changes the way you see the world.

You don't always notice it happening at the time.

But years later, you can still remember the idea. The story. The lesson. Sometimes even the person who handed you the book.

That's one of the things I love most about reading. You never really know which page someone will carry with them long after they've closed the cover.

The words that shape us

As I get closer to publishing my own books, I've been thinking a lot about the authors who shaped me without ever knowing it.

Their words became part of how I think, lead, and live.

That's the thing about influence.

We all leave pieces of ourselves behind in ways we'll probably never fully see.

Happy Saturday.

What's one book that has stayed with you over the years?

Ready for your next step? It is waiting for you at the top of the page.
