The Energy You Excude

Some people leave conversations more energized than when they entered them.

That is a strength. A real one.

We tend to think of strengths as skills or outputs.

Things you can put on a resume or measure in a review.

But some of the most powerful strengths show up in how people feel after spending time with you.

The strengths people feel

Some leaders create clarity.

People walk away knowing exactly what to do next.

Others bring calm into a room without saying much.

And some create momentum, where something shifts and people want to move.

None of those are accidents.

They are expressions of who you are at your best.

What makes them easy to miss

The tricky part is that these strengths are often invisible to the person who has them.

You do not notice what comes naturally.

You just show up, and it happens.

A question worth asking

So it is worth pausing and actually asking.

How do people consistently feel after interacting with you?

Ready for your next step? It is waiting for you at the top of the page.
