The Wrong Problem

What if you're solving the wrong problem?

Something changes.

Decisions that used to be easy now take more effort, and you're pushing harder to create the same momentum that once came naturally.

So you do what capable leaders do. You look for the fix.

New strategy. Tighter accountability. More discipline.

But what if that's not the problem?

But you're still sharp and still know how to lead.

The problem could actually be how you're operating.

Somewhere along the way, you may have set aside some of the strengths and instincts that made you effective in the first place.

Look at what's already there

Instead of adding another system, skill, or push, look at what you're already bringing to the table and what you may no longer be using.

Before you add one more thing, ask yourself:

What was working when this felt easier?

Curious what you'd find if you looked.

Ready for your next step? It is waiting for you at the top of the page.
