Where is your flow of genius?

Most, if not all of you, have experienced flow in some areas of life. It’s that state where things just unfold like magic, hello green lights! Being engaged in a passion or simply being in the zone working on a project where time ceases to exist.

In the past 30 years or so I’ve explored numerous teachings that have all added insights and looking back to my childhood I can remember areas of flow early on.

For me, it was being outdoors as much as possible, in nature, and often physically active.

I was reminded of my love for this beautiful planet, nature, wild animals, and more today.

I was binging on Netflix watching Our Planet narrated by Sir David Attenborough. A beautifully filmed and narrated series that had me on a rollercoaster of “ah” of the beauty, sadness, and hope.

It was another reminder of how everything is connected, we live on a planet after all, and if we don’t take care of it we’ll all be affected.

Where are you in flow?

Sir Attenborough is an example of someone who has created a life of flow by following his passion. I love the objective education in his films as he shares his discoveries and calls to action.

Earlier this year I tapped into the GeniusU community and connected with a large global network of entrepreneurs where all teachings are based on creating flow in every facet of your life.

When you’re in flow your natural talents, skills, and expression are connected in your unique way, creating value that you can leverage.

Imagine being paid to do this all day long, would that inspire you?

For the visionaries that are always brimming with ideas imagine spending your days doing that while partnering up with someone who loves to take your ideas and create something with it?

Are you a leader who creates flow by connecting with and energizing people, or would you rather focus on data and set up systems?

All talents are needed, one key is to partner up with people that share a passion or mission with you that have what you don’t have and then you create something together that wasn’t possible on your own.

You have your unique mix and what I love about this work, is that it helps you get really clear on whether you’re on your path, or not, whether it’s your career or life, with actions to get you where you desire to go.

There’s even a health dynamics assessment that helps you get clear on your body type needs together with your talents and many different courses on a variety of topics to explore, many are free of charge.

When you’re in your passion zone you’re often in flow, and have opinions, clean water for all on this planet and health happen to be two of mine.

Learned behavior vs. natural talents

You have a natural path where you can excel with less effort even if you’ve been successful doing something different.

When you look at your life and career and have that nagging feeling that there’s so much that you haven’t tapped into can be frustrating and intimidating.

When you become aware of what the missing pieces are you can do something about it.

When you understand why the pieces are or aren’t jiving for you, your life and/or your career all of a sudden make sense.

Does this mean that you throw your hands up in the air and give up if you’re off your path? No, not at all.

Change starts with becoming aware of what’s up, after all, blindspots are not seen for a reason, so awareness leads to action and big shifts can happen in life by merely shifting two degrees and taking one step at a time.

When you start looking at your life from the perspective of flow, using a scale of 0-10, at GeniusU it’s called your flow factor, and review different areas of your life you’ll have a starting point that you can revisit as you make changes.

Taking the Talent or Wealth Dynamics assessment (employee vs. entrepreneur) and Health Dynamics provides you with guidance for those of you that wish to assess blindspots in your life, career/business, and health.

You can do this on your own or work with me on this journey.
